PushPrivacy is a relatively new jailbreak tweak developed by Ryan Petrich, developer of popular jailbreak apps and tweaks such as Activator etc.
The jailbreak tweak allows you to hide the content of a Notification on the Lock screen to prevent someone from seeing it.
While you have the option to hide the content of the Notification by turning off the Show Preview toggle for Mail and Messages, iOS doesn’t provide the option to disable previews for other third-party apps.
PushPrivacy addresses this limitation by giving you control to disable preview of the Notification for any app including third-party apps. This can be very useful if you use third-party apps such for email such as Google’s Gmail app.
After installing the tweak, you will be able to disable preview of the Notification for an app via the Settings app (Settings > PushPrivacy > Private on Lock Screen).

PushPrivacy is available for free, however you need to add Ryan’s repo (http://rpetri.ch/repo/) to Cydia to be able download the tweak.
