iPhone 6 may look like this [Updated: It's fake]

iphone-6-leaked-photo-4

Hot on the heels of the iPhone 6 photos leaked by Australian blogger, Sonny Dickson, a Cydia developer has posted photos of iPhone 6 prototype, which gives a much better idea of what the next generation iPhone will look like.

MacRumors has also posted similar photos, which were shared by an anonymous tipster, who told them the images were first shared by someone in China.

MacRumors points out that the width of the device seen in the photo is 2.6-inches, which is much wider than iPhone 5s, which measures 2.31 inches in width. It also reveals that the next generation iPhone could be much thinner than the iPhone 5s. It looks as thin as the iPod touch 5G. Earlier today, it was reported that the next generation iPhones and iPads could be even thinner with new LED backlights.

There have been several rumors which have suggested that Apple will indeed launch an iPhone with a larger 5.5-inch and 4.7-inch inch this year.

It is difficult to confirm if the device in the image is a legitimate iPhone 6 prototype or fake. However, as MacRumors points out the prototype seems to have FCC text, which is usually added at a later date.

Let me know what you think in the comments below.
