Last year Apple rolled out the much needed two-step verification process for Apple ID to add an extra layer of security.
Until now the feature has been available only to users in few countries.
9to5Mac reports that Apple has rolled out the feature in more countries including Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Italy & Spain today.
With today’s rollout, the feature is now available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Spain, United Kingdom, United States.
Apple has updated the support document to add these countries to the list of countries where the feature is available.
If you’re in these countries then I strongly recommend you to enable two-step verification for your Apple ID.
